Service Description

Partner and channel execution for CSPs, MSPs, ISVs, OEMs, VARs, and SIs navigating hyperscaler ecosystems. Work can cover enrollment and activation, tier advancement, co-sell execution, partner funding, resale and implementation motions, partner-program operations, and channel growth. Standard consulting ranges from $200–$450 per hour. Final pricing is based on the engagement type, applicable hourly rate, and estimated time required to complete the work. A 50% upfront retainer starts the engagement; the remaining 50% is invoiced when the full SOW is complete under Net-30 terms. Fixed-price offers are identified separately.
